I have built experience across sales administration, printing and design operations, and IT training, where I’ve handled both technical tasks and team coordination. Throughout my work, I have taken on increasing responsibilities, including supervising teams, managing workflows, and training others to use systems effectively.

I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments where organization, accuracy, and communication are important. I focus on doing my work properly, supporting my team when needed, and maintaining a positive and cooperative atmosphere.     I had work with Yasa during the Iraq Census 2024 in Qaladiza, where he joined the team in June 2024 as a trainer. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong ability to understand the system quickly and deliver information clearly to others. His communication skills and patience made him highly effective in training field staff on how to use the census system and complete data collection accurately. Due to his performance and commitment, he was promoted to a Field Supervisor, where he managed four blocks within the town. In this role, he showed strong leadership, organization, and the ability to handle responsibility under pressure while ensuring that the work in his assigned areas was completed efficiently and correctly. Later, Yasa was selected to take on a more technical role as an IT Trainer, where he trained staff on system usage, troubleshooting, and proper data handling during the census process. His ability to simplify complex technical tasks and guide others was a key factor in improving overall workflow and reducing errors. Toward the final phase of the census, he was further entrusted with the role of Second IT Supervisor for Qaladiza, supporting the main IT supervisor in managing technical operations across the town. During this period, Yasa successfully handled multiple responsibilities at the same time, including supervision, training, and IT support, all with a high level of professionalism and reliability. Yasa proved to be a dedicated, capable, and trustworthy member of the census team. His ability to adapt, lead, and support others makes him a valuable asset in both technical and administrative environments.

He joined ANA Stationery in September 2024 as a cashier, and from the beginning, it was clear that he had a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. By December 2024, I promoted him to Printing Operations and Design Supervisor, where he handled both technical and customer-facing responsibilities with confidence.     At the end of June 2024, I started as a trainer, supporting field workers in data collection procedures.

    In August 2024, I promoted to Manager of 4 Blocks in Qaladiza, responsible for supervising assigned areas and filling pre-forms for the houses, assigned and verified numbers for houses, roads, and blocks, ensuring accuracy and consistency of field data.

    In Ouctober 2024, I promoted to IT Trainer, assisting and teaching counters about digital tools and data entry systems.

    Later at the end of november 2024, I served as Assistant IT Supervisor, supporting coordination of technical, field operations and find solutions for what will come.

    Handled multiple responsibilities simultaneously, combining manager of 4 blocks, IT training, technical support during active phases of the census and also I was an English Language Teacher.

    Contributed to resolving a field assignment issue by helping reorganize block distribution among counters.
